2. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) , Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, without having to provide reasons.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumer customers and not to sales made to professionals or companies with VAT numbers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Methods of exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written communication within the established deadlines, via email or other traceable means, indicating:
- order number
- product(s) to be returned
- customer data
The products must be returned intact, unused, complete with original packaging and any accessories .

5. Return costs
Unless otherwise indicated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
The customer is responsible for properly shipping the products until receipt is confirmed at our warehouses.
6. Refund
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund covers only the product price. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective product or seller error.
7. Defective or incorrect products
In case of products:
- defective
- damaged during transport
- not compliant with the order
The customer is required to notify us promptly. In such cases, CONSORZIO CONTAINER SERVICE will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
8. Limitations on the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
